Altered Book: Using an old book we had to transform it, we could do anything from completely ripping it apart to folding the pages into a decorative design, the choice was ours. I wanted to get across the idea of the Loft being full of memories and hidden gems. The treasure chest is made out of pages from the book. and there is an assortment of items in the chest showing how the loft over flows, this all came under the theme of the loft.
Fold Out Poster Book: Using A4 paper, I folded each page in half and then half again. These pages were then stacked and sandwiched between a pre covered cover.
3 Hole Stitch Books. Wrap Around Cover: I have used handmade papers in complementing colours for this book, tying it all together with complementing thread that matches the pages.
French Stitch Book: Probably one of the most complex book we had to make, but also one of the most flexible, and one I am hopping to use a lot more in the future for my sketchbooks.

Final Book, Experimental: The theme for this book, was Home and more specifically The loft. I know some peoples loft are very tidy or full of hidden treasures, my loft at home is a bit more jumble sale than an antique auction. I wanted to show that even though the loft isn't init self beautiful the memories that each thing captures are. My book was called 'Open Me'.
Blurb Book Publishing: The final book we produced was a printed book, based on the previous experimental book. I used the photos of my experimental book as a basis for my printed book.
